Flexible Offices Direct - We wholly own all of our

can help you find the solution to your office requirements whether this is on a
fully serviced, managed, semi serviced or conventional rent / rates.
2. What are the differences between serviced office space and conventional leases?
There are many differences between conventional and serviced offices. However the
main difference is really down to the flexibility.
With serviced offices you are provided the ability to move-in within a few days
of finding the office solution that you are looking for and you will not have to
sign a long-term binding lease. It is perfect for businesses who are unsure of expansion
plans or are testing a new market, serviced offices could provide an ideal solution.
3. What are the differences between Licence Agreements and Lease Agreements?
The main difference here being the length of the agreement and the flexibility provided.
Licence agreements are usually signed when you rent a serviced, semi serviced or
managed office space. These can be for as little as a month, 3 months, 6 months
or 12 months making this an ideal temporary office space solution.
Lease agreements are more long winded and are usually signed for a minimum of 3
years.
Licence agreements are also very straight forward, often only a one page document
and do not require a solicitor to get involved, whereas lease agreements will be
very involved and require legal advice and involvement.
4. What additional costs will I have to take into consideration?
